SHIPPING

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 6 - 7 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been confirmed. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. We offer free UPS or USPS priority mail shipping on every order in the US. Otherwise Invivi offers 2nd day, Overnight shipping service additional shipping cost may apply. If you prefer faster delivery options, Please contact us.

 

RETURNS

We will accept returns and exchange on unworn, new items (including original packaging) within 5 days of delivery.
Our items are all handcrafted, all returns and exchanges will be applied 20% restocking fee.
INVIVI does not cover return shipping.

Please note that we do not offer return or exchange for the following item.

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items on Sale
• Worn, Used, or Damaged items

 

REPAIRS 

Each piece are checked through an intensive quality control process before it is sent to you.
If you find a manufacturing defect or damaged, Please email us within 7 days from the date of arrival.
Please note that wear and tear in the normal wear or, lost stones is not considered a manufacturing defect.
